Re: Cheap new coilpacks
Don't know about the coils, but my GF put a fuelmiser o2 sensor in her NA a few years back.
No issues with it, fit fine, worked fine.
I'd have no qualms with using one of the fuelmiser products.
Bear in mind, do some shopping, for my NB it was cheaper for me to get a Bosch o2 sensor than the fuelmiser.

Re: Cheap new coilpacks
Are there 2 kinds of NA 1.6 coilpack? The Fuelmiser arrived and the first thing that is clear is that the mounting is different to what is on the car. I think the wiring connectors are also different, but I haven't taken the one off the car yet to check.
Any info appreciated.

Re: Cheap new coilpacks
The ebay pic has the wrong mounting bracket but you might be able to just remove the coilpacks and put them in your bracket.
Hopefully the wiring is correct.

Thanks. I should have checked against the before buying it. I hope to take it off the car later today. I don't nned to replace it now, I just wanted a spare - just like I carry a spare efi relay.

Re: Cheap new coilpacks
Looks like the later model coil. The listing is just wrong.
The early ones have just one plug on the end of wiring that bolts on to the bottoms of the coils themselves, there are no wiring plugs moulded into the coils.
