Big ones are at multiples of 100,000. Your question suggests you don't know if yours had a big one at 200,000 though. Well worth checking with the previous owner.

Yeah, as Dave says when was it last serviced, & what was done, & was timing belt & water pump replaced at the 200000 kms service? Probably best to baseline major service it so you have a known starting point & quantity.
