engine seals?

I brought a normal NA8 timing belt kit with a water pump that comes with all the seals:-
pump + seals
2x cam seals
front crank seal
timing belt
tensioner pulley
idler pully
engine cover seal
but it cam with 3 extra seals, one is extra cam seal i have identified, and now cant remember which is the front crank seal cos there are extra there.
the seals are:-
in/out (mm)
30/44 (this is the front crank seal from memory)
36.5/50.5
47/61
i'm sure one of the extras is the vvt intake cam seal, (and hence why a extra seal is in there, probably just chucked in a 01-05 cam seal by mistake) but not really sure. can anyone identify them? just curious what they are.
thanks.

There are 2 different crank seals, early and late, that would explain one of the extras. Not sure on the others.

Thanks Warren. Surely though a NA8 kit wouldn't include a small nose crank seal right?

Maybe for an early BP engined Astina it would?

Quite alot of the kits you buy now cover all model variants, and AFAIK the BP kit in most brands is done like this. Over time to save confusion and packing costs they have combined the kits down to one part number.

I was thinking that. You just confirmed it for me. Weird though as the whole kit as advertized as a 94-00 kit. Not 90-05.
Though I just had a thought. If it is a board range kit as you said, you could use it for a B6, just need to use a different engine cover seal. The rest would work.
Although the 3 BP-05 cam seals is still weird if it is a whole kit? Thats gotta be a genuine booboo then.
Okay so there would still be 1 seal unaccounted for. I'm racking my brain and I cannot think what it would be for accross a 323 or MX5 range. Even the ZM-DE motor uses the B6 seals.

The head gasket for a BP and B6 wont work because they have different bore sizes as just a start.

Hence why I said, "just need to use a different engine cover seal."

Cam cover seal is not the same as head gasket, and both will be different.

There has been no mention of a head gasket in this thread before you brought it up, and i assumed it was a typo and my response followed. No timing belt kit I'm aware of comes with a head gasket right?

My mistake I skimmed and made assume. Ptions about all the rebuild bits needed not timing only.
