15psi is not a flow rate.

how much horsepower do you need to support on what fuel and ecu?

321cc injectors are the largest that the stock ECU can Idle correctly but these are VERY hard to locate.

It's easier to find 305/315cc Supra injectors (these seem to be the same injectors, it just depends on who's selling them as to what they market them as).

I have a set of 6 from a Supra that I used on my car prior to my 600cc injectors if you're interested (only used 4 obviously). Unfortunately I only have 4 of the rubber spacers left since I destroyed one when I initially installed them and lost the other one when it rolled into my engine bay, never to be seen again - ya gotta watch out for that. You only need 4 though.

Here's the best write-up on installing injectors I've seen so far: http://clubroadster.net/vb_forum/58-forced-induction-sponsored-kraftwerks-usa/27215-mazdaspeed-mx5-denso-321cc-23250-74050-injector-info.html

If you start from here and read whenever you see pics of turbo parts you will get the idea.

viewtopic.php?f=57&t=47747&start=555

Its a lot of info, but it sounds like you need it.
