In 2 week wife and I are off for a 3000k+ road trip and for piece of mind I'm going to do a total fluid change .
I don't know whats oil is in the engine at present so whats the recommendations for brand and weight for a 40k motor .

I live in the Sydney area any recommendations for a trusted place that would do the right thing ?

I have been taking my SE to mx5mania in Dural.
They have done god job and cost is reasonable. They use ELF oil but not sure of the weight specification. Would be good to take extra oil on your road trip.
