Clutch Adjustment

I got a hi flow cat installed on my car today and while it was still on the hoist I asked my mechanic to grease the clutch fork slightly as it was rattling and making a slight hi pitched noise. The sound went away after applying the grease but when I went to drive my engagement point had changed drastically, it used to be in the middle but now it is just above the floor and makes it difficult to drive. I know generally there is not a lot of adjustment on hydraulic clutch systems so i’m wondering how so much could have changed from such a simple thing. I was with him while he greased it so nothing improper was done I am thinking while he tried to get to it he might have bumped the clutch fork and stuffed the slight adjustment in the slave cylinder. Anyone have any ideas? I’m taking it back tomorrow to get it looked at but I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem to help with the troubleshooting. I was told my car had a clutch change along with new slave cylinder when my light weight flywheel was put in and I believe it has as it has as the slave doesn’t look too old... Any help is appreciated.
