Gear lever is perfect. I've merely upgraded to a short shifter. Lower rubber boot is fine. Replacement upper boot is needed (they're $45).
Engine mounts also perfect. The bushes will probably need replacing though. I'm no expert but I understand the mounts are good for some non-SE cars and you can also buy stiffer rubber bushes. Again, no known faults with these mounts. I've merely upgraded to bigger ones with much stiffer bushes.
