Rocker cover goo with/without new gasket?

Postby gslender » Fri Jan 20, 2012 11:31 pm

Hi,

As subject say, if ya replacing the rocker cover with a new gasket, do you have to put that liquid gasket goo all over the front and back? I remember reading that this was a required procedure... Hoping someone can confirm if this is the case or not.

between cover and gasket and under the corners of the camshaft humps. don't forget around the spark plug sections also.
