New Intake , weird noise. Thoughts?

Hey everyone.
I just received and installed my new DDMWorks Stage 2 Intake today. When I turn the car on there is a noticeable high pitch whine coming from the air filter area. It is noticeable when just sitting at idle as well as when on the move. The intake uses a K&N pod filter, i havent drĂven a car with a pod filter before. Do they all make this kind of noise? (i doubt it). Any thoughts on what could be the cause on of the noise? The filter and box do slightly rub on what I believe to be the AC lines.
If anyone has any ideas on what the noise could be or how to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a link to what the intake looks like when installed>>>>

went and adjusted/tightened all the seals and clamps. Hasnt made a difference. My gut feeling is the area where the pod filter attatches to the tubing. Due to the AC lines the filter is on a slight angle but I Think ive got it on as good as it gonna go.
It does sound like a bit of an air leak, although I have had a message from a fellow Intake fan and he feels that that is the sound of an intake. Im Not 100% convinced, ill still keep an eye on it.
Any other suggestions are most welcome.

Did you install the line from the PVC valve on the rocker cover?
Apart from that it is a rather noisy intake....sounds awesome though

If your talking about the rubber line that attaches into the centre of the polished intake pipe then yes I did.

Hey shake and bake,
There should not be a whine, that's my car in your link for the photos and mine doesn't whine at all. Something mustn't be fitted properly.
Good luck with it.

Have been doing a bit of research. Seems like most K&N filters create this noise for various reasons. I even saw a vid on facetube of a dodge who had put a K&N filter on and I could hear the exact same noise that im talking about. Maybe ill experiiment with some different filters. Has anyone who runs a K&N filter noticed this sound?
