Identifying different cams on an NA6

Hey guys,
How can one identify aftermarket cams that are installed in an NA6?
The reason i ask is that I have an engine which the buckets look a little different than some that I've seen.
At this stage I just inspected with the cover off, I haven't been able to see any additional markings other than the original casting numbers on the IN and EX cams.
What I'm wondering is if there are any discernible markings on the cams that would identify them as different from 'stock', ie: I had a crow cam in my EH (years ago) and the duration was stamped on the side casting.
Cheers
Nuno

They look like stock ones to me, although I could be wrong. Maybe they might have had a regrind?

Possibly a regrind, they still have the standard cam wheels too.
The buckets are what made me question the cams though, I've never noticed them that square edged and protruding so high.
The engine accelerates pretty quick (free rev) too, so I was curious.
I'm taking some stock cams to the garage tonight after work and some verniers to take measurements.

You could have a lightened flywheel making it accelerate quickly.

Unless I am mistaken, all OEM cams (NA, NB) have "BP" stamped with raised lettering, even if it's a B6.

And the stock NA8 cams at least had BP05 cast into them.

they all stock to me.
if they are aftermarket. 99% of aftermarket cams have the spec engraved on the ends of the camshafts. opposite end from the wheels. ie it'll have 266 9.0 on it if it is a 266 degree duration and 9.0mm of lift.

Yeah all good gents.
I have stock ones here, no markings anywhere.
