hello

First of all i have read throught the forum and cant find a answer.

It starts fine , runs fine no missing or anything but it idles at 2000 rpm

I have replaced the Idle Speed Control Valve , throttle body and the Air Valve still no luck

It is a NA 1.6 turbo with a plug and play wolf 3D.
It use to idle before and i havent change the tune or anything.

its not the BOV , intercooler pipes , intercooler , broken hose etc.

i have tryed all i can think off so hopefully iv missed something and you guys can tell me what it is!!!

Thanks
Glen

Not sure what your Wolf does but the stock ECU used TPS closed switch (on the throttle body), gearbox neutral switch (on top of the gearbox), clutch switch (on top of the clutch pedal arm) and engine coolant temp sensor (at rear of cylinder head?) to determine idle speed.

I was wrong it was the BOV after i checked everything about 3 times!

It seem that the diaphragm has split and torn open from eather to much boost or it is just old.

thanks guys
