it seems that the afm might block some of the coolant hose?

1 and quarter stainless steel exhaust pipe. route it where ever you want and use the rest of the m tuned bits to make it work. Use the pipe rather than the radiator hose supplied by m tuned. Any exhaust shop can bend it up to suit in 15 mins.

Another option is the MX-5 Plus spacer to mount the thermostat at the back of the head, but you still need to source some hoses to complete the kit. I used this spacer in my street car and used a welsh plug on the front of the block where the water neck used to be.

What does the Jackson racing kit look like?

I had an M-tuned reroute on an NA8 so might be able to tell you what will be in the way if you post a pic of your engine bay.

This might be a crazy suggestion but have you asked M-Tuned?

will check up on it, but its hard for me, cus i dun have the proper tools and skills to complete the task, is there any garage can do it at a reasonable price ?

Okay you might have an issue with the hose supplied by M-Tuned touching the intake.

I had an ally radiator like yours and the intercooler pipe was in a similar position to your intake (the black pipe with the orange joiner). The M-tuned hose touched the intercooler piper....it had to come off the radiator and do a hard kink to the left (and it did kink and was pressed against the intercooler pipe) and then run along the engine bay and had a gentle curve around to the back of the engine.

You need to use your own ingenuity when it comes to securing the hoses and the remote thermostat. The hoses supplied are a little to long. The hose does not fit between the engine and inlet manifold and you can not run it down and under the inlet manifold as you would never get the air out.

If I was to use the M-tuned kit again I would bin the rubber hose they supply and make the system up using hard pipe. I would also get the radiator inlet cut off and a new one welded on with a bend in it to put the inlet in a more suitable position.

For what it is worth the kink did not seem to affect cooling, it just looked ugly having the kink and the hose sitting along the engine bay.

If I remember rightly I did try putting it over the top but it would have rubbed on the bonnet and also on the gubbins below it. The inlet on the block supplied by m-tuned that goes on the back of the engine sticks out sideways so the hose would have needed to do something funky back there...if the inlet pointed upwards it might have worked.

You will need to look how close that black pipe on your car is to the radiator inlet, no matter which way I played with running the rubber hose I would have ended up with a kink there (a rubber hose will not make a tight turn). Pretty much the only option is to run it along the side, level with the inlet manifold. You will need to secure the hose as it will rub on all sorts of things. It will also restrict access to your oil filter if you remove from the top.

I will have a look later but I dont think I took a photo of the kit installed.

I would still buy an M-tuned kit if I was to do another re-route, it has all the bits you need in the box and the aluminium blocks are machined bits of beauty but I would make it all out of hard pipe instead and modify the radiator to have a better positioned inlet.
