Noise From Throttle Body

I have a high pitched humming noise coming from my throttle body, which is electronic in nature as when i disconnect the wire attached to the throttle body it goes away, It happens when the ignition is on and the car started/running.
I noticed this last week but forgot to mention it today whilst at Mania, I'm guessing the wire is for the choke or something like that, though im probably wrong.
The sound emanates up my intake pipe and comes out the CAI.
Anyone have a clue whats going on here?

Idle control valve. It's what boosts your idle during warm up or when your air conditioning kicks in.
Are you running the stock engine computer or aftermarket?

Im running a stock setup.
BTW, full disclosure, i noticed this noise after putting on a pod filter a couple of weeks back which was just a temporary addition whilst waiting for my Mania CAI which was installed today.
Of course the noise could have been there longer but my attention may not have been drawn to it, but i suspect not.

Any car with a IAC (or similar) that has had the original air filer, air box, piping and resinator removed to make way for a pod filter or CAI (or similar) will have these noises. Most of those said items were designed to hide the intake noises.

Ok, so you reckon this noise is normal, nothing to worry about?
Should I tell people its just my "electronic jet boost control"..........nothing to worry about.
