Building a clubman with MX5 engine and 6 speed. Have all the bolts to attach the gearbox and noticed 2 of the 17 mm bolts have nuts as well. Can someone tell me where they should go please?

I think ones for the starter motor, that's the 12mm bolt and 14mm nut. The other was just a really long 17mm bolt/nut just below the starter. So passenger side of the gearbox and about halfway up.
