air cond compressor whine

Just had the air cond regassed today,it is cold but now I have this whine from the compressor,it sounds like a supercharger,but could the pressure of the gas create this sound? if the bearings are on the way out, there is no noise below 2000rpm.

Although I noticed it after I had the AC belt re-tensioned, I was going to loosen it but have put it in the CBF pile for the minute and have been ignoring it

It's the belt.

I changed mine, and it started. Lossened it a little and all good.
