Where to buy flexi pipe for Cold Air Induction?

Hey guys,

My car has an open air induction filter fitted. Instead of sucking in hot air I want it to draw in cold air via a hole near the wiper motor. I have the air filter covered but I'm looking for some kind of flex pipe that will go from the air filter (I also have a reducer over the air filter mouth which is 3") to the hole in the firewall - also around 3" in diameter.

Anyone know where I might buy such a thing? Don't really want something rigid like a straight pipe as I'd like as little strain as possible if it needs to move around a bit.

Thanks

Try Tony Powell Hose Supplies.

Revolution Racegear and perhaps GP Cars might have some too, sold as brake ducting.

Autobarn sell the exact thing in 3". You can shape it and it holds that shape, so no tension. I think it is called memory tube. It even comes in a range of colours.

I actually put the Mania cold air intake on my shopping list.... I was hesitant, as my mechanic just replaced the standard filter with a K & N, so I didn't really want to waste a brand new K & N panel filter to then go and fit a new round one in the intake kit... I thought I might be able to run some pipe from the standard airbox (with the K & N just installed) though the firewall, but don't know how well that would work. Also, I would then need to work out how to fit the flex into the firewall so it is a solid connection. The Mania kit just looks easier.
