02 Harmonic at 1500 rpm

Postby land864 » Fri Feb 26, 2010 9:40 pm

Just picked up my 02 Titanium and listening for every wierd noise that I'm not familiar with yet.

The engine seems to have a very minor harmonic when held at 1500 rpm.

That applies if driving or just sitting.

Anything to be concerned about?
Drives great

Hi Pete,
I had a buzz in my NB that was associated with the plumbing for the air conditioner, it is all aluminium and easily distorted during servicing , cleaning etc which can cause sections to rub and vibrate.
Good luck,
Greg.
E-mail me and I will get a copy of the W/Shop manual across to you. G.
When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?
