Does anyone know the current regulations for fitting non std motors in QLD

Regulations and technology are always in a state of flux,so I intend to continue to ask questions that have been asked before. If questions were not asked and the status quo questioned the earth would still be flat.

what you might consider doing WASP is make the enquiry with the Govt authority that regulates it in QLD.

What engine are you thinking of putting in there? There are 5's with V8's in them, and they're legal.... How big a capacity do you need, and why? If it's power you're after there are plenty of better ways to do that than to put a totally different engine in there.

As for the legalities, you're best off talking to an engineer who could approve/mod plate it, or contact QLD Transport. There are far too many 'opinions' rather than facts on the internet.

Like everyone said, do your own homework and actually ring the Engineering area of Qld Transport.
There is no need for you to send me smart-arse PMs;
Hi
You are obviously cleverer than I, do me a favour and find me a thread
that covers current regulations in QLD
