not 100% sure but if you talking about making the pedal heavier, you'll have to change to a heavier clutch/pressure plate.

best to buy a Haynes and it will tell you how to adjust clutch pedal free play. You will need also to check if you are losing brake fluid- refer also owners manual.

you can adjust the rod that pushes though the firewall...
you need a 10mm and 12mm spanner...

to make it more "firm" you can bleed it or replace it with ss lines...

It's hydraulic:
1. either drain, flush, refill, & bleed using old slave cylinder; or
2. get a new slave cylinder & refill, & bleed.

Clutch/ brake fluid absorbs water & should be replaced every 2 years for optimal efficiency, so you might find fluid replacement alone helps for a while.

Slave cylinders go after about 10 years, so check it so any sign of fluid leak & then either do 1 or 2 above. If replaced with a lower quality item they go sooner.
