NB Injectors in an NA

Postby Fluke » Wed Jan 20, 2010 8:28 am

I have an 1997 Mk1 (NA) 1.8. I have fitted an M45 supercharger with a 62.5mm nose pulley. My timing is stock and an the MSD that pulls it under boost, fuelling is taken care by a Powercard Pro. I have a JR air/water intercooler to deal with any extra heat from the smaller pulley.

I recently picked up a set of injectors for a Mk2 (NB), they were very cheap and came from a car that had only done 10K miles. Although I have not had any issues with my car it has done 80K miles and thought if it was worth it I could swap them over. Has anyone swapped their NA (tan) injectors for NB (purple) ones? Are there any benefits or problems in swaping them over?
