Hi guys,

What is required to fit a pod filter to my NA8? I assume an AFM adaptor plate and a clamp is all that's necessary.

But if I look on Mania's site they only have them for NA6, what plate if any is required for the NA8?

BTW, I think I will get this Simota filter (SIM-WS007-1CA)

Take a look. With the 3A racing filter. No need. Slips straight onto the AFM. (I'm pretty sure we have AFMs, I always get confused :P)

And a bracket to hold the MAF (Mass Air Flow) in place, as per your pic Szemen, cause the MAF is originally held in place by sitting in the air box.

No need for an adapter plate, like for an NA6.

the OD of the MAF inlet is, from memory, 85mm. If the pod's neck is bigger/smaller, you obviously need to buy a rubber/silicone joiner that reduces/increases in diameter accordingly.
Nice heatshiled BTW
Got another one to sell to me? :P

Too easy. Now to figure out a bracket and possibly heat shield.

Szemen - is your bracket just made out of random bits

Sure is! Just random steel brackets I had around, about 3mms thick. I had to bend one 90 degrees to get to the screw holes on the MAF.

Can be formed into whatever shape you need, supercheap sell the 290x700 for around $50
