It appears since adding turbo I'm having pwr Steering fluid overflow all round the canister. I'm confident it was not overfilled. Is this heat related or ?
Thx
Peter

Is the O-ring still on the power steering dip stick?
On the SP Mazda Motorsport relocated the power steering resevoir quite close to the turbo to make room for the new airbox. I haven't heard anyone complain about power steering fluid leaks. I know there are no leaks in my car.

Think so but will look more closely. Doesn't seem loose to insert/ remove.
Thx.

O ring is still there. The spillage is onto the top of the canister tho??
Maybe there is crack in the plastic that's not obvious.
I should prob drain the system and remove canister to check it more closely & connections to it. Yes? The air intake may be rubbing and have a pinhole there too? It isn't supposed to be a high pressure system tho is it?
Any other suggestions?

A few of us in Vic have had power steering fluid overflow after track sessions. Just seems that working it hard for 15-20 minutes causes it to spray out the top. We just wipe it up and go on.

It is probably overheating...you can try fitting a power steering cooler, Davies Craig make one...I always fit them to the race cars.

I do like the little socks the ricers put on top of their fluid reservoirs (soaks up any leaks).
