Water Pump WOOP WOOP

It may be
1) When you replaced the big black tube that goes across the engine to the inlet manifold that you put it in slightly crooked and the resonator underneath is rubbing on the fan pulley. With the engine OFF, put your hand down the side of the black pipe below the inlet manifold and you should be able to get your fingers between the fan belt and the resonator box (part of but below the pipe).
2) The timing belt tensioner pulleys are shot
3) The fan belts need replacing ( try a little candle grease on them and see if stops ... or hit the underside of the belts with a shot of WF40)
4) If it is the hose between the back of the engine and the heater coil (two inlets mounted on the firewall, then replace it immediately ... you will get caught out somewhere on a dark and stormy night if you don't).
