na6 & na8 aircon interchangability?

Postby Fatty » Fri Jul 24, 2009 1:03 pm

is it possible to fit na6 aircon to an na8? i'd imagine the condensor and piping would bolt straight up, the compressor may be different? any other hurdles that might be encountered? (ecu, idle up or anything like that? ) thanks in advance.

The Evaporator( bit under the dash ) has differant pipe postions for the LOW pressure(big pipe) side
Youcan fit the NA6 Evap unit into a NA8 but you need to drill another hole for said pipe
I have done it and was working till the condenser cracked
