Sounds like something is heating up.
Perhaps it's running fine with the cold start bypass then once that switches off it's stalling.
OR ..
It could be O2 sensor related where the 02 sensor heats up then gives an error.
OR ..
temp sensor related where the coolant hits a temperature then triggers something.
Sorry these are all general thoughts and no solutions but it might help prompt someone wiser to give you a fix.
