Squelling sound - Crank pulley?

Hi guys there is this annoying squelling sounds coming from the front of the engine. Has anyone has this type of sounds before? It comes and goes but just recently it has come more than it goes. Could it by the crank pulley or idler/tensioner pulley thats making this sound?

mostly likely culprit is the fan belt........worn/needs tensioning

I had an annoying squealling in my other car and thought that it was cause a belt was done up too tight, but in fact it was too loose.
