Anyone have any suggestions as for what to use? I just got my IL short shifter today, and figured whilst I was gonna be opening it up, I may as well replace it.

I think I've managed to source something ridiculous off Sasso though. Can't remember what it is (he can always chime in if he feels like sharing) but he did say it was good stuff.

Plus I intend on doing this oil swap as little as possible, so a whole bottle might sit around for quite some time.
