Do you think there is a real benefit in fuel vs performance?

I found it would give better acceleration up an incline . On the flat I couldn't notice a difference.

once I changed the crystal in the ECU to the 4.19 mghz one I had to muck around with it again.
I'm not too sure where it is now in regards to original but it certainly better.
