Adjusting Clutch grip point?

Postby metris » Wed Jan 23, 2008 1:50 pm

How and where do you adjust the clutch grip point in an NB?

Sidepoint: mine isnt slipping as far as i can tell but it seems to be far further out from the floor than it used to be and it all so feels mooshy...
Is this a sign of bad wear?

Could be one or a combination of:
free play adjustment at the pedal;
hydraulic oil in dire need of flushing; and
clutch component (hydraulic or mechanical) wear/failure.

There is no point adjusting free play unless everything else is checked OK first.

NA pedal height 175-185mm is the only difference
