The legal/insurance issues aren't worth it...just buy an SE and be done with it.
RX7 is a nice idea but the insurance/theft and servicing issues put me right off them in the end.

Hi fif111,
When Prodrive put the SP together there were over 200 changes to the stock model. But not the brakes, diff, transmission, suspension of any of these things.
The radiator, ECU, injectors, plugs, exhaust, were changed.
Does your kit cover those bits too?
By the time it is completed and you have the engineering certificates its gunna be a fair bit more than the basis kit. In the end your car may be worth a little bit more or less. Try selling a home made turbo car on the general market!!
Like has been said ... get an SE or, even better an SP and be done with it.

i third that.. i was thinking about turboing my nb8b but man, less headaches if i upgraded to an SE. there's also the issue of reliability too if you turboed your nat asp.
there's a few SE' around in the high 20's, some are in pretty good nick and worth spending <10k for the upgrade
i can't brain today.. i have the dumb..
