I think money/time would be better spent elsewhere, if your contemplating running water sprayer on the OEM \"interwarmer\".
Even with a cooler climate, it still doesnt address the fact the OEM \"interwarmer\" flows poorly and suffers from heatsoak. Obviously heatsoak and flow would be more of concern if your running more boost.
If a cheap ebay IC can show a drop in post IC temps with a rwkw gain at the same level of boost, then one would assume that a wiz bang brand name IC should do even better.
