SP's are around 140-155 i think :)

Mine was dyno'd before i bought it, 151kw @ the rears :) no power enhancing mods.

My roadie SE was 106rwkw.

I was at Mania yesterday and they had a SE with all the Mania gear on it and it was just on 160rwkw.

I actually got to see the rubber inlet elbow blow up like a balloon, that was very cool.

Damn, you boys making me jelous.

SP making 150 RWKW?...must be with the $2 hose mod then.
The factory stated its around 150 KW at the flywheel.

Marador,

Stock SP's are closer to 120rwkw I would have thought, so either you have an optimistic dyno or your car has had a bit of work done to it. But that's not answering Russellb's question.

Thanks for the replys
I had one on the dyno with the SP motorsports intercooler upgrade
and a Autronic SM4. I was haveing detonation problems on 9psi of boost
and only made 122KW
was dissapointed but now that seams preaty good

The 2 things that give a big increase in power on the SE,exhaust and intake.

20rwkw just from the ECU seems impressive, like boyracer has mentioned most gain is found in the air intake and exhaust, which will make it breath easy and will run 9psi without physically upping boost. The intercooler will basically reduce heatsoak, but i wouldnt expect a large if any gain utilising the OEM airbox and exhaust.

As for the detonation @ 9psi are you reaching duty cycle, how much timming are you running, what is your AFR like?

I forgot to say tha this SE has the cold air box and a full Exhaust
So this is the reason that i was dissa pointed

All so we did not set the Dynos Barometric pressure and air temp be for
we started. So maybe this contribted to the low figures

Ayway the car will be running his weekend at wakefield park this wil bethe real test

At Vic Club Dyno days( caulfied Jag- Dyno dynamics) standard SP's made around 113- 116rwkw according to Techno's records.

On the same day/dyno a car that I am pretty sure was an SE made 94-96 rwkw.

only running 12 Deg ignition at 7psi
and a AFR of 11.5 .
with these setting detonation is under control and there is a small safty margin The injector are at 85% duty at 6000 rpm
and the power is flatting out at this point

also does any ony know what the comp ratio is on the SE ?

pretty sure its 10:1 - what fuel are you using? it could be a sh*t batch.
