A mate of mine builds various engines, from NA 4A-GEs' to high powered turbo SR20s' and he uses these things all the time as he is a big advocate of cold air induction and keeping intake and underhood temps to a minimum in general.
I'm sure he and his customers have tried every intake system under the sun, so there must be a reason why he sticks by these.
The theory seems sound, but then again, every other CAI and Ram-pod manufacturer has claimed \"dyno-proven\" power increases.
But its hard to swallow the claims about it \"providing a true supercharging effect\"
If you can afford these things, then go for it
It's one of the coolest-looking intakes I have seen.
Have you seen a cut-away view of the CDA box? Unique. I reckon a clear-perspex version would be cool.
