They usually conk out around that time. Definately go with the magnecor leads or Queensland Ignition Leads http://www.kenlowe.com.au/DRSS-Queensland_Iignition_Leads.htm
They should last a lot longer. Im using the 8mm magnecore on a stock engine. They are more than adequate.

i dont know about that
they should last more than 50k at the very least
