they do work but the difference would not be noticable
your engine mounts wont wear out as quick!
they doo look good in an engine bay though!

one of the guys on miataturbo.net fitted one and put some pictures up. he reckons it made gear changes much easier wiith his worn out old engine mounts.

I would say yes, from the looks of the pictures provided there wouldn't be a problem. One would go on top of the other.

I was unfortunate enough to have a Mitsubishi Colt as my first car. Along with a list of other problems, the engine mounts wore out after a year. Im guessing the rip snorting 1.6 had enough torque to twist the front subframe, because when i put my foot down the car would jump right and change lanes. Lift off and it would jump the other way. Being a broke uni student i put up with this for a while, and just had to remember to turn my wheel a 1/4 turn when i accelerated.

I'm running one that was suited to an R32 skyline and i modded it to fit. I'm running a turbo so it may/maynot make a diff.
I felt it was much better than before as the gearbox would move around alot during drifting which would slow down my changes alot and more often than not kill the drift - now its all sweet!!

Apparantly it needs slight modification for NBs, but you use the same unit...
You know you want to Andrew!

bolt threads on the shock top hat are not long enough for two thicknesses of metal approx 3mm each.

How would this go with clutch shudder?
Would installing one decrease the vibration/shuddering you get or does clutch shudder not effect the engine?

free revving the engine from the engine bay and i can see that the whole engine rocks from side to side with every rev.
by how much would an engine torque damper reduce this rocking action?
and where could i attain one for a decent price.?
