I had the same problem finding a bolt for the oil side of things, but a had a t-piece that came with my kit that teed off of the oil temp sender outlet, this will be easy to find at any hydrolics place.

As for water, i dont have a water cooler turbs so i get off that one scott free! (next turbo will be a TD05 or T517Z good old trust and their non water cooled turbines )

The oil thread is automotive specific, so some fittings shops won't carry them. Mobile Auto Hoses can do them, as can a few other shops. You can also get them on the internet from the US. There are a few options, none are very cheap though! You can get Speedflow in that size too.
