That setup is F*%k sweet and looks so clean, stainless, tig welds no slag.....

Two questions.

1. In this twin turbo set up, is it set up in such a way that one turbo spools up in the lower rev range and the other spools in the mid to higher rev range. If its not set up this way wouldnt you loose torque in the lower rev range?

2. Where's the air induction?

Edit. just saw two filters comming off the turbo's

The turbo intakes are open - no filters (filters are over rated :P ). Although I think he has filters that can bolt straight on the compressors if he wants them...

that's twin parallel setup so both spool at the same time. It's basically pointless I'd say except it looks wanky.

It's no more or less pointless than a sequential setup - both will give you reduced lag...

If you want to flow a lot of air at high rpm but have the boost from low in the rev range then that setup would be pretty effective I would think.

A. it doesn't and he admits it in the thread, in that the turbos are surging/stalling at low RPM.

B. A sequential is a lot better setup in that you normally direct all gas flow through both turbos or at the very least one is made smaller than the other and they are switched at High RPM to the bigger turbo.

C. It is a rediculously complicated system when a single turbo would have accomplished the same task and certainly in this case be as responsive.
