I pulled the front pulley off my spare motor on the weekend.
I'm pretty sure I didn't lose any parts, but the assembly seems to consist of:
4 x 10mm bolts
thin metal plate
pulley/harmonic dampener assembly
Then that screws straight onto the timing belt pulley
I'm worried however that there's supposed to be an extra piece in there, between the two pulleys.
The parts PDF I have lists a \"Boss, Pulley\" (B3C7-11-400) - or is this what I'm actually seeing? it has tapped holes and is cast.
However, the water pump pulleys line up perfectly without any extra spacing, so I think it's all OK as-is...
Does anyone have any pics of all the parts?

Never mind, the answers seem to be in the diagrams here:

The manual I have (old) suggests that the old (small nose) spacer plate would come off when the front pulley is removed.
However the later (big nose) boss can't come off until the crank nose bolt is removed.
