3inch dump pipe, high flow cat, into 2.5inch stainless steel muffler, nice mandrel bends with no slag.

Had it done today, feels less restricted and turbo appears to spool up quicker, noticing boost starting at around 2500rpm.

Its a 4th gear power run, it was about 28 degree's today not much less in the booth.

Appears to gain 1 pound of boost intially then drops back a little, runs a little rich at top end, 113rwkw is not a bad, i was expecting a little bit more. I guess the larger intercooler and SP air induction makes a big difference if the 132rwkw is the true net gain, im still skeptical. The addition of a haltec piggyback, can lean out the top end running rich which would net 7rwkw extra.

Are you refering to this :D

The car above had some oil leaking from one of the fabricated pipes, noticed when the car was making only 112rwkw on a previous dyno run.

When im not so poor, it will be comming. I think i might be able to fabricate it myself for a bit cheaper.

Not eating for a month would probably equal 30kg loss, not that im heavy to begin with. 30kg weight reduction would probably mean id be quicker without the rest of the SP motorsport kit

As for pimping, i guess the extra sex would do great for adding further weight loss.

1.Yes

2. No, one stage at time, although i think i can fabricate the rest for a bit cheaper myself.

3. Depends on your negotiating skills

4. Yes

5. I guess yes, because there was talk of 3inch system all the way back, but it requires the computer to be changed.

6. Not sure, havent seen SMP's

On teh Dyno sheets you've bloked out the ID, but left the file name which may also give away the car in question to anyone you didn't want to see the ID 8)

It doesn't have any intake mods yet kula.

So that would be about 5rwkw extra from the exhaust? Another 20ish rwkw from CAI and intercooler. Interseting.

THE REAL BORIS wrote:It's a lovely looking system. What was the "before" dyno. figure?

The dyno at the place I was doing the exhaust wasnt working, so I was unable to get it dynoed pre exhaust. SE's (stock) that have been dynoed at C&V doing a power run on a dynodynamics meter were doing anything from 97-102rwkw according to the owner.
