Has anyone purchased from this seller?

Also is this all that'll be required to replace a worn clutch slave cylinder?

Haven't bought anything from him/her but that is the whole slave cylinder. Just need to take the old one off, put the new one on and bleed the system with new brake fluid.

That will do the job just fine. Slave rebuild kits also exist to reseal them if yours is just a little worn. I rebuilt mine with one of those kits and a little bit of wet + dry for $12.
