Hi to all, I just bought a set of headers and I would like someone to identify what brand they are, and if they are any good.

They are stainless steel, slight gold/blue titanium colour, light weight, mandrel bent..

plates attached state JASMA, B6 93EO44.

Would this be better than stock headers?

I think JASMA stands for something like the Japanese Aftermarket Auto Parts Association. It is somewhat generic and simply signifies that the parts are of a certain quality standard.

Anybody know better :?:

As for the extractors, they certainly look better than the stock headers and I think you will notice an improvement in performance with them on. The quality of manufacture looks to be very good, with solid flanges at either end to ensure longevity. The O2 sensor is also well positioned for easy fitment. My only concern would be the flex joint, make sure it is still OK, they can deteriorate quicker than the solid tubing.

thanks for the info, adamjp. I am hoping to fit them on soon. the flex pipe is slightly frayed on the bottom, would that be of concern?

That fraying is nothing, the actual bendy bit is like corrugated pipe and the braided covering is just for show.

Those extractors should give ya a bit more power and make the car sound better too, have fun with em!!!

I think you'll find that JASMA means that the part complies with emmision regs in Japan - all Jap spec headers carry the mark AFAIK. These look the business , bolt em up and enjoy!

I know someone who had some JASMA headers on his Toyota (can't remember the vehicle) who was very impressed by this brand however they are also very expensive.
