would the scoop be benificial to air flow or is the vacuum which is created here be enough??
i dont just want one cause we share the same name (Randall)

i know where you can buy a used autoexe intake like that online from a place in brisbane. they don't have the price listed but you can always enquire, it'll still cost you a lot though.

Hmmm, looks like the bonnet would foul on that when you tried to open it?

Yeah it does actually. You'd hope that they'd thought about that though.

Dont know where to get it, but it looks cool....... i doubt it would actually be worth the money though
I'm planning on doing a dodgy intake (Beverley style) this weekend actually.... my car is pretty quick when it's warm, but not when it's hot (heat soak thru intake)

Randall intake is nothing like that and wouldn't fit a RHD car...

Youd have to think that every drop of water that fell on the bonnet would end up in that cowl when driving in the wet...
Might save on water injection though...
Either way, you could argue that the massive surface area of the windscreen will override the small cowl intake, which by the picture seems to seperate the intake air from the rest of the gutter under the windsheild...

You sure would! Just point the washer nozzle down a little bit and when ever you want the water injection, pretend to clean ya windscreeen!

Looks more restrictive than the Mania-style intakes, and probably more exxy too
