For $10 bucks more you can buy a virtually identical one from Supercheap which will be much easier to exchange if it fails. I have recently done this and it works well. Make sure you get one with alligator clips for power - I connect it to a 12v battery pack and it works a treat! 8)

yeh i was looking at the $20 one at super cheap and i don't think it had aligator clips..

my old one that i have has the aligator clips but the spark pick up is one of those old ones where you put it between the plug and the wire.

it earths out alot.. not nice

Why all of the eBay shopping. Go into a store, son. There are probably a few where you live! :o

None of this $40 for a radiator cap, $40 for a timing light crap.

Get one that has clips for power in. There is a live 12v plug in the engine bay on the pax side between the headlight and the diagnostic box. Also make sure it's the inductance type (big clip to go over the spark plug lead).
