spark plug gapping in an NB8B

Postby ducktape69 » Wed May 17, 2006 6:31 pm

any real need to gap the spark plugs on a stock nb8b(NGK plugs)?

just curious if there would be any difference in power/economy if i made the gap smaller.....

anyone who gaps their plugs on their 5, speak up :)

NGKs come pre-gapped. No need to alter them.

Some turbo owners reduce the gap a bit to improve ignition of the dense mixture, but it's unnecessary on a standard car.

-->off to Engines etc.
