Does it lessen or go away if you do applythe brakes? Could be the pads getting low and the squealers telling you they need replacement.

Jack the car up, pop off the wheels and have a look how much meats left on the pads. The squeelers are built into the backing plate and touch on the rotor when the pad gets low enough, letting you know it time to turf them.

If you just want standard ones then your local auto shop can sell you a set of Bendix pads.
