
Busted Gearbox

hahahah good stuff!!!, yea i was thinking of trying to make one over the weekend. I'll see how i go first then once i fail i'll see if we can get yours to fit
An update on the gearbox; i've got this little noise upon engaging from stand still. Its either the clutch vibrating a bit or the flywheel. This had hairline cracks in it that i didnt get machined out, i'm hopeing that these arent getting worse - the last thing i need is the flywheel cutting off my legs if its disintegrates.

Get the 1.8L one if you haven't upgraded already. Larger surface to clamp on.
I'll be going that path when my clutch dies, and I don't have 13PSI.

No point really, that would mean new flywheel and new clutch!!! Screw that kind of moneis! hehehhe
Besides my current clutch will hold anything i will be able to throw at it, about 800-850kg of clamping pressure along with a 4 puck ceramic sprung center clutch. I dont hink i'll be able to overpower that anytime soon!!
