It is awesome.

But I'm still sitting below 200hp, so I would just have the lower torque option in plates.

I've also used Direct clutch before for the FD and they are really good to deal with. I wish they could have made something similar to the Super Miata one to stay local, but it wasn't possible.

Tim, do you have the lighter flywheel (or do you know the weight of the flywheel option you have)?

What's it like to get off the line, or load on a trailer etc?

Yes I've got the super light flywheel. I've only done two standing starts with it, but they weren't spectacular for other reasons.

Trailer wise we use a winch...

When everything is cold it is a bit of a bitch, but not to bad. I would say its not much different to the old single plate and slightly lightened flywheel once it is warm.

I’ve gotten used to a ceramic sprung 6 puck, which is hard to launch ‘softly’ because the window of slip is so narrow. The events I do require a launch multiple times a day. Of course, a hard launch is not required, but there’s something like a second in it if you get it right.

A mate drove mine and tim's car to scrute at the start of the year. IIRC he said the clutch wasn't too bad, and he was able to put it around the pits easier than my car.
Cheers,
