Sprayed over the scratches on the engine block and on the chassis, where the OEM engine mount was (German Grey was the closest colour I had and it's too light - no matter since it'll be hidden by the turbo:
Here's the two mounts side by side:
.
You can see how bulky the lower arm is on the OEM mount and that you need a lot of clearance to manoeuvre it.
I suspect that you're supposed to be able to pull the mount back a little, rotate the bracket clockwise, pivot it and pull it out in an upward motion.
On your own that's impossible if you can't get enough clearance on that inside lip that runs from the bottom of the bracket all the way to near the lowest mount bolt on the other side.
From an engineering point of view, the OEM bracket is incredibly sturdy but from a maintenance point of view it REALLY sucks.
That was a sh*t of a job which is now done and out of the way - changing the bushing will be simple in the future!

You wont need to change the bush ever, I reckon.
I unbolt the mount bracket, rotate the whole things inside the engine bay so it faces the wrong way, then rattle gun the rubber mount from it, then its 2 pieces which can be tetris'd out.

Without destroying the bushing, I couldn't do anything with the bracket, there just wasn't enough clearance to move it mach at all, let alone rotate it.
Also, are you referring to putting the rattle gun on that nut shown in the photo above your post?
That one faces the engine and no matter how I tried I couldn't get a socket+ratchet on it, I could get a socket on it but there was no room to get the ratchet on it - even my 3.8" socket+ratchet wouldn't fit. No way was a rqttle gun getting in there.

Yes the one facing the camera, tetris the mount back to front (lets call it 75% of the way to back to front), then use a rattle gun with a 1 foot extension and a uni joint.
