Just so happens I just completed this particular mod on my GF's NA! She is a fair bit shorter than you too.
Her car had Razo pedal covers over the factory rubber pads but she still struggled to reach them safely & confidently.
For the brake and clutch I used 10mm ABS plastic doubled up for 20mm of spacing. On the Accel it was a fair bit further back so I used the Razo cover and tube spacers to give 25-30mm of spacing. Its still a bit behind the brake but is very well placed for heel and toeing when braking hard.
I attached them all by drilling through the original pedals and using quality M6 countersunk bolts and nyloc nuts.
Covered with skateboard grip tape for safety in the wet! Added some extra tape to the accell pedal so it matches.
Total cost - $8 as all the parts I had lying around work, the only thing I had to buy was the roll of grip tape. But very easy for someone to replicate for very little $$'s or effort.
Very happy with how they turned out. Gf is also very happy as she can reach the pedals perfect now though it is a little ore uncomfortable for me to drive now! haha. Got used to it pretty quickly though.
GF also has very small feet (size 5 & usually has to buy kids shoes!haha) so she found a bit of plywood with about 30mm thick foam on it which she puts under the floor matt to rest her heels on so they arnt suspended in the air - very tiring!
