I hope we haven't lost you in this your own thread, it seems to have been hijacked and turned into a bitching session !
I have had a had a full T&C system (SS Cat & SS muffler) for about 15 months now and love it more and more every day. Everyone that has heard it agrees that it sounds great but what they don't get to enjoy is the extra power and throttle response it has given the car, it truely transformed the car when I had it fitted.
I was introduced to T&C by PCMX5 on this forum who has worked in conjuction with T&C for about 2 years perfecting what they believe is the best value for money performance exhaust system for MX-5's. PCMX5's connection is purely as an avid enthusiust with many years involvement in modifying car in fields such as rallying, he knows his stuff, he has no monetary connection with T&C.
I found T&C to be down to earth, no fuss, country style mechanics. I drove down from Melb and they showed me the all the parts they were intending to use, the SS Cat, the SS muffler and the piping. I have quite a long background in modifying cars as well and I knew straight away the quality of the parts they were using so felt very confident to go ahead and get the system fitted. I'm so glad I did for the reasons I've stated above and PCMX5 actually drove my car afterwards and was very pleasantly surprized at how well it went and sounded (mine was the first system they did with the lastest version of the cat & muffler).
If you do decide to go ahead and join our exclusive little 'T&C Owners Club' whether it's the full system or just from the cat back, I'm sure if you offer them to pay by cash they'll knock a bit off for you
